1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "9a peso," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 9apeso.org platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the 9a peso website accessible at 9apeso.org, including all games, features, and services offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 9a peso account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 9a peso platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their 9a peso account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 9a peso subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing financial transactions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9a peso platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9a peso. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are not permitted to use the platform. Continued use of the 9a peso platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 9a peso account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 9a peso or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 9a peso, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a 9a peso account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9a peso reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 9a peso platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 9a peso is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and control.
• You must create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

9a peso reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9a peso platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, or Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by a Philippine bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. 9a peso does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name. 9a peso reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC verification is incomplete, if there is a pending investigation, or if the withdrawal would breach AML obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9a peso offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games and certain other games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, hedging, arbitrage, or collusion will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.

9a peso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 9a peso platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel.

By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill, as applicable to the specific game type.
• 9a peso does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game error, 9a peso will investigate and, where appropriate, void affected rounds and refund wagers.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has been completed and confirmed by the dealer.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9a peso platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 9a peso support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 9a peso staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9a peso platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of 9a peso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 9a peso.

10 Privacy & Data

9a peso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9a peso complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

9a peso is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9a peso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9a peso's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9a peso does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform.

13 Suspension & Termination

9a peso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 9a peso may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, verified funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending wagers are settled.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 9a peso customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 9a peso will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15 Amendments

9a peso reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 9a peso platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
